- Tour properties:
- The fun part! After you narrow down your search we will schedule tours and you get to meet one of our fantastic agents! Also, feel free to tour properties via public open houses on weekends - but be sure to tell them that you are working with CondoDomain so you can receive your commission refund. (Bring our card with you)
- Make an offer & begin negotiations:
- Here we get down and dirty. We pull comparable sales data, consider the situation and build a case, like a great trial attorney, to convince the listing broker and seller to accept our terms.
- Close and move in:
- With an offer accepted, we hold your hand all the way through to the closing table and then celebrate after you get the keys!
- Get paid:
